Nine committees are named on their committees page and eight of them keep a page of their own. Every description, objective and roster below is theirs, read off those pages on 22 September 2026. Where a page prints a portfolio rather than an employer, the portfolio is what is shown.
The SwissCham Committees are expert groups who meet on a regular basis to discuss new developments, trends and challenges. These focus groups compile of senior representatives from various backgrounds across a range of industries which operate in Singapore and the region. They hold regular closed-door meetings, where company representatives are provided with a platform to share and receive updates on the latest developments in the industry and pursue their common interests.

Finance
The Committee comprises of around 30 carefully selected, high calibre representatives of the financial community in Singapore, including personalities from universal and private banks, independent asset managers, international financial advisers, multi-family offices and fund managers representing the financial industry as a whole. Open to members and non-members.
The committee meets quarterly or bi-monthly in an informal setting and promotes discussions on relevant topics such as Challenges for SG as a Financial Centre, Digitalisation, Repatriation, Private Equity, Variable Capital Companies, Wealth Tax, the independent asset manager industry and financial services for Swiss citizens and SMEs in Singapore as well as regulatory challenges, just to name a few.
In addition, the committee shall serve as an expert body to transmit its financial knowledge to Members from the non-financial sector through panel discussions, lectures, white papers and focus workshops, and to help Members on financial matters when needed, based on the insights from the topics discussed in the committee.

The Climate Tech committee aims to showcase innovative technologies that help reduce our impact on the planet, improve efficiency and build a more circular economy. The committee is formed and headed by professionals positioned and embedded in the Climate Tech industry; from the development of products, incentivising behavioural change, venture capital, and the promotion of alternative green options.

The committee aims to bring together experts across the board to facilitate the exchange of ideas and experiences.
Provide inspiration for new enterprises while increasing awareness of the positive business potential of Climate Tech.
The focus will be on practical case studies and projects that provide concrete and practical applications.

The committee meets monthly with two types of events: Small working groups and larger networking with panelists and discussion forums.
SwissCham’s People & Skills Committee consists of senior representatives of the HR community in Singapore, with experiences spanning across Asia Pacific region. It brings together HR leaders, HR professionals and members interested with HR related matters. We offer a platform to exchange, learn and network within the Swiss business community, but also with the Singapore & Swiss government, educational institutions, as well as cross-chambers.

The Legal, Integrity & Compliance Committee offers a platform for Swiss businesses and professionals in Singapore to exchange on legal, ethical, and compliance matters. It fosters knowledge sharing, networking, and collaboration on topics such as legal developments, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, integrity, ethics, and risk management, while also promoting dialogue on building strong organisational cultures of trust and accountability.

In the context of the pandemic and the wider use of new communication technologies the Swiss Chambers of Commerce in APAC intensified exchanges and collaboration on several initiatives. The most tangible and immediate results were generated in the form of co-hosted and co-attended regional events. Beyond these intra-regional activities, and taking into account Singapore’s role as a regional hub, this Committee intends to provide a platform for the aggregation of chambers’ interests and positions.
Foster networking and collaboration within APAC (e.g. via virtual or hybrid events).
Promote the exchange on substantive issues identified as relevant by chambers represented in the Committee (e.g. sustainability or chamber-management).
Facilitate information to and from Swiss authorities (e.g. on policy and trade matters) and assist in the achievement of their objectives, where possible.
Consolidate and represent the interests of chambers in APAC vis-á-vis Swiss authorities and institutions that are relevant in the field of economic and trade policy.

Emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, gene editing, 3-D printing and quantum computing have the potential to transform the way we live. Thanks to the combined efforts of government, the private sector and research institutes, Singapore has become a center of excellence for science and technology in Asia. Many Swiss companies have established regional research and development hubs here. The SwissCham Science & Technology Committee aims to create opportunities for Swiss and non-Swiss companies to learn from experts, exchange ideas and collaborate on innovation and technology initiatives.

The SwissCham Women in Leadership Committee provides a platform for leadership dialogue, professional exchange, and networking within the Swiss business community in Singapore.
